AVALON CONSULTING WELCOMES NEW ADDITIONS TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM

Enterprise Content Consultancy Continues to Experience Rapid Growth

McKinney, November 12, 2007 - Avalon Consulting, LLC, a leader in the design, implementation and management of Enterprise Content Solutions, has expanded its senior management team by appointing Jeff Nicklas as the director of finance and operations and Greg Petolick as the practice operations manager. Nicklas will oversee all financial operations of the company and act as a key member of the management team, participating in critical business decision-making as the company continues its pattern of steady growth, similarly to Petolick, who will also assist Avalon’s various practices in the execution of operational activities, practice development, client delivery, and sales.

Prior to joining Avalon, Nicklas served as vice president of finance and operations for the past 12 years for a North Texas-based company. With over 20 years of industry experience serving in roles ranging from accounting manager to vice president/controller, Nicklas is accustomed to optimizing company assets and human resources for high performance results. In his new position Nicklas will be responsible for balancing the strategic aspects of Avalon’s growth with tactical operations.

Petolick joins Avalon from Corptax, where he managed the professional services division in the role of senior director. With over 23 years of corporate and professional services experience, Petolick is well versed in software implementations and various aspects of professional practice management.
